- Use the website in any way that breaches applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;

Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, trade marks, product images, videos, posters, technical drawings, size charts, and software — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, download, and print pages for your personal non-commercial use or for legitimate dealer marketing purposes where expressly permitted on our Service page, subject to any download restrictions stated on individual assets. You must not:
- Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content without our prior written consent;

Unauthorised use may result in civil and criminal liability.
Product Information and Specifications
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, size charts, load/speed indices, UTQG ratings, images, and marketing materials on this website are accurate and up to date. However:
- Information is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in writing;
- Specifications may change without notice as products are improved or homologated for different markets;
- Colours, tread patterns, and sidewall markings may vary slightly from images due to screen settings and production batches;
- Availability of sizes and patterns is subject to stock and manufacturing schedules.
Always verify fitment, load index, speed rating, and legal compliance for your vehicle and jurisdiction before purchase and installation. We accept no liability for errors arising from reliance on website information without independent verification.
Tyre Safety, Fitment, and Legal Compliance
Tyres are safety-critical components. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any tyre selected is suitable for your vehicle, axle configuration, rim width, load, speed capability, and intended use (including winter, all-season, commercial, or off-road applications).
Installation must be carried out by a qualified tyre fitter in accordance with manufacturer instructions, British Standards, and applicable MOT and construction and use regulations. Incorrect fitment, mixing incompatible tyres, under-inflation, overloading, or use beyond rated speed/load may cause failure, property damage, personal injury, or death.
Nothing on this website replaces professional fitting advice or vehicle manufacturer recommendations.
Warranty and Quality Assurance
Atlander products may be subject to manufacturer warranty terms, quality assurance programmes, or promotional guarantees (including marketing statements on posters or product pages). Warranty coverage is subject to:
- Registration or proof of purchase where required;
- Proper installation, maintenance, rotation, and inflation;
- Exclusions for damage caused by misuse, accident, racing, off-road abuse, improper repair, or road hazard;
- Compliance with any mileage, time, or inspection conditions stated in the warranty document.
Warranty claims must be submitted through authorised channels with supporting evidence. We reserve the right to inspect tyres and reject claims that do not meet warranty criteria. Marketing materials on this website do not extend statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where you qualify as a consumer.
Orders, Pricing, and Payment
Where products are offered for sale through this website or via enquiry, all orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or export restrictions.
Prices displayed (if any) are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise and exclude fitting, disposal, delivery, and other charges unless expressly included. Payment terms for trade customers are as agreed in writing. We are not responsible for bank charges or currency conversion fees imposed by your payment provider.
Dealer and Distributor Relationships
If you are an authorised dealer, distributor, or trade customer, your relationship with us is governed by your trade account terms, distribution agreement, or supply contract. You agree to:
- Use marketing materials only in accordance with our brand guidelines;
- Not make false or misleading claims about products or warranties;
- Comply with tyre labelling, traceability, and environmental disposal obligations;
- Maintain adequate insurance and comply with health and safety law in your premises.
Downloadable posters and videos on our Service page are licensed for dealer promotion only unless otherwise stated. Redistribution to competitors or use implying official endorsement beyond your authorised territory is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Subject to the foregoing, and to the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity;
- Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or any products supplied through it shall not exceed the greater of (a) £100 or (b) the amount you paid us for the relevant products in the twelve months preceding the claim;
- We are not liable for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (see Force Majeure).
If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by this clause.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Atlander Tyre, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, misuse of the website, infringement of intellectual property rights, or negligent or unlawful installation or supply of tyres to third parties where you are a trade customer.
Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services for your convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites. Access is at your own risk.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform obligations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, pandemic, strikes, supply chain disruption, factory shutdowns, shipping delays, or failures of utilities or telecommunications.
Privacy and Data Protection
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that you have read that Policy.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer rights to bring proceedings in your country of residence where applicable.
If you are a business, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve complaints promptly and fairly. Please contact sales@atlandertyre.co.uk in the first instance. If we cannot resolve a dispute, business customers may agree to mediation before commencing litigation. Nothing prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief.
Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right or any other right.
Assignment
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Terms of Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of this website, superseding prior understandings on that subject, except where a separate signed contract applies to commercial supply.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
